Chef Cesar Rivera
Chef Cesar is the founder & Executive Chef of Private Chef PR. Since 1999 he contributed with his talents & good taste to creating & developing hundreds of recipes and menus.
Since 2006, he has been part of the excellent team of professors in the “Rosen College of Hospitality Management” UNIVERSITY OF CENTRAL FLORIDA (UCF).
In the beginning of his career Chef Cesar, worked in various “Fine Dinning” restaurants in Puerto Rico. For more than six years he worked as a “Chef Instructor” and Coordinator of “Hospitaly Programs”, developing curriculums in programs of Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry.
By combining his experience and exquisite taste, he was casted for his own segment with in the television morning show “Tu Mañana” in “UNIVISION Puerto Rico”, where he worked more than three years and delighted his viewers with delicious and innovative recipes.
Frequently he is invited to culinary competitions as a judge. His cullinary experince has gained him the knoledge to participate as a consultant in many gastronomic events, and the development of hundreds of recipies.
Throught out his career his has had the opportunity to represent many house hold brands such as Kraft, General Mills, Old El Paso, Goya, Ron Castillo, Chocolate Cortez and many more.
