Executive Pastry Chef Nellmarie
Chef Nellmarie was born in Caguas Puerto Rico. Her love for cooking started at very young age in her mother’s kitchen. She studied Culinary Arts in the ”Instituto Vocacional Aurea E. Méndez” (I.VA.E.M) in “Caguas Puerto Rico”. Her drive for learning about Baking & Pastries took her to the “Universidad del Este (University of East) in Carolina Puerto Rico”. She became part of the excellent team of Private Chef PR Inc. since 2002. Her skills & abilities are reflected in anything she creates.
Throughout her studies she realized her passion was anything Baking & Pastry. Her Dream was to become a “Baking & Pastry Chef”. Once she reached her goal as a “Baking & Pastry Chef”, she has been motivated by constantly trying to outdo herself by making cakes that are beautiful, challenging, creative and very rich in flavor.
